Bud and Terra Raine have a passion for family.
Bud provides one-on-one counseling for young men, mentoring and training them for Christ-like leadership and care for their families. He also facilitates a small group at his Church, Wealth Builders, where he teaches budgeting, financial management, and wise investment strategies.
Terra’s particular advocacy for women has birthed Women Influencing Women Inc., of which she is Founder and CEO. She has created this non-profit endeavor to provide mentoring and coaching exclusively for women by women.
Church and Community Service
The Raines have served the Church and their community for many years. Bud has been a deacon, and Terra is an ordained minister. Terra also served as a Chaplain for Victim Relief Ministries, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to victims, their families, and friends in times of crisis.

Terra has served as a member of the Collin County Council on Family Violence, an organization acting as a catalyst for a sustained movement against family violence.

Additionally, she served on the Board of Gifts for Moms, an organization that helps and supports single moms.
Professional Accomplishments and Education

Terra and Bud are Senior Partners at Watkins, Raine, and Associates, an accounting firm.

Bud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Jarvis Christian College and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership at Amberton University.

Terra is a graduate of Saint Edwards University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Amberton University.
Personal Life
Bud and Terra were born and raised in Mound Bayou, MS., where they were high school sweethearts.
They have been married for over 35 years and have three beautiful children.
The Raines are a couple, rich in faith, who love the Lord and firmly believe in the power of prayer.
